Christopher P. Martineau

Chris Martineau is one of the founding partners of the firm Johnston|Martineau, PLLP. Chris graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and went to work for an Insurance Company adjusting claims. Knowing that he wanted to help injured people, Chris came to the Twin Cites where he attended Hamline University School of Law. While attending Hamline, Chris joined a well known Twin Cities firm where he began that venture. Since that time, Chris has been involved in numerous and complicated death cases, injuries caused by drunk drivers, injuries cased by collisions with semi-trucks, injuries caused by negligent skiers, as well as injuries caused by everyday automobile accidents. He takes great pride in knowing that over the years, he has been able to help families and loved ones achieve a level of normalcy after suffering traumatic, and often times burdensome losses caused by others.

Chris is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association as well as the Minnesota Association for Justice.

As for Chris' personal life, Chris, his wife, and two children call the Como Park area of Saint Paul home. Chris is an active member of the District 10 Como Community Council and chairs its Neighborhood Relations Committee. He enjoys outdoor activities with the family and friends including water sport activities, fishing, and camping. He also enjoys painting with oils and working out, both of which have suffered as of late with the new addition of his daughter to the family.
